Homebuilders Showed Relative StrengthÂ
LEN: Lennar was up as much as 2.5% intraday and closed near all time highs of $121.58.
DHI: D.R. Horten was another homebuilder closing at all time highs of $118.32 up 1.7% on the day.Â
PHM: Pulte closed up 1.9% on the day at $74.88
Luxury Automakers
RYCEY: Rolls Royce broke out to finish the day at 52-week highs. RYCEY has been on a tear this year as it is up nearly 85% YTD. Just last month they reported plans of layoffs which the market has digested happily.
RACE: Ferrari has also had a massive year so far up 45%. All things luxury has been a solid trend due to the elasticity in this market.
Pot is not hotÂ
TLRY: Tilray made new all time lows again today. While the trend has not been exactly in investors favor, the selling advanced after TLRY broke down late last month. Over the last month, TLRY is down 35%.Â
CGC: Canopy is another weed name that hit new lows as of today. CGC closed at $0.60 today - a long ways off of it’s high of $56.50 in February of 2021.
