Yesterday I touched down in NY with Howard Lindzon.
On the way to the baggage claim I asked him if he had any recommendations on where I should grab dinner.
His response was to do The Lindzon Triathlon…
The Lindzon Triathlon consists of starting the night off at the one and only Prince Street Pizza in SOHO. Here I splurged for the Vodka Fra Diavolo Square Pie.
After completion of the first leg, one must cross the street and go to the ‘Little Cupcake Bakeshop’.
If you are able to have survived the grease pit that is Prince Street Pizza and topped it off with a slice of cake, you then make your way over to Greenwich Village where you will finish the third leg of the Triathlon with a falafel from Mamoun’s Falafel.
If you don’t need to immediately rush home after your night of indulgence, it doesn’t hurt to stop by and grease the doorman’s pockets to get into the world famous Comedy Cellar next door.
From what I’ve been told, the city has changed lots over the years due to COVID. However, from what I’ve seen two things remain embedded in the culture which are a common love for comedy and food.
Which leads us to the drug companies LLY and NVO. Both have been focusing on all things diabetes and weight loss with their drugs Ozempic and Mounjaro. I’m the farthest thing from an expert when it comes to Biotech, in fact I can’t even pronounce the name of the LLY drug. I do however know a good looking chart when I see one.
